About the role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Product Owner to join our Product Management & Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our digital and blended learning portfolio, driving the continuous improvement of products that deliver real value to our customers and learners. Working closely with Product Managers and colleagues across Commercial, Brand, Technology and Operations, you'll use customer insight, data and market research to identify opportunities, prioritise enhancements and deliver impactful product improvements. You'll manage and coordinate product delivery from concept through to launch and ongoing optimisation, applying agile and iterative approaches where appropriate. With exposure to strategic product development, digital transformation and customer experience initiatives, you'll also help identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI and digital innovation while using performance data and stakeholder collaboration to shape future product priorities. You'll support the development and management of product roadmaps, using customer insight, performance data and commercial priorities to identify and prioritise improvements.
What you'll bring
You'll be passionate about creating products that deliver great customer experiences and confident using data and insight to make informed decisions. With a solid understanding of product development and continuous improvement, you'll enjoy identifying opportunities, solving problems and turning ideas into practical improvements that make a real difference. You'll be highly organised, able to balance competing priorities, and comfortable collaborating with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve shared goals. Curious by nature, you'll have a genuine interest in digital technologies, innovation and emerging trends, with a desire to continually learn and improve. Experience of agile ways of working and familiarity with digital products, learning platforms or content management systems would be beneficial, but just as important is your enthusiasm, collaborative approach and drive to deliver meaningful outcomes. You'll understand the importance of balancing customer needs with commercial priorities and be comfortable using product performance and market insight to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
