This position reports to:
Business Manager - Commercial and Operations__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to represent global divisions in the country to drive sales and market growth. Each day, you will oversee sales and marketing activities and support Sales organizations in driving sales and services for their respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by defining, planning, and ensuring the implementation of product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions Division in Indonesia.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Creating, planning, and ensuring implementation of the local go-to-market product marketing strategy, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
- Focusing on achievement of the target set for metrics like total demand orders (by ABB and third-party), growth margin percentage, net price variance, Net Promoter Score (NPS), inventory turn on finished goods, and on-time delivery as requested.
- Evaluating market opportunities, determining appropriate activities aligned with the overall strategy, and coordinating opportunities across local divisions and local business units, as appropriate.
- Ensuring balanced growth for all product lines, product groups, and business units and creating product demand by promoting technical aspects, providing solutions, and utilizing value-based selling approach.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in product marketing, sales, business development, or commercial management within the electrical, electrification, power distribution, or industrial automation industry.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, value-based selling, and market development.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, profitability, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop effective growth strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global, regional, and local teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
