As Product Manager for the Building Segment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy and delivering solutions that meet evolving customer needs in the EMEA region. In this position, you’ll own the entire product lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our portfolio stays ahead of the curve.

This position plays a key role in Aliaxis' marketing strategy. You will drive the sales of selected products within a specific segment and manage all related activities throughout the product lifecycle, aligned with the overall roadmap and category strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and implement product strategies in line with the company’s vision
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle – from initial concept to successful market launch
- Define pricing, improve margins, and streamline the product portfolio in alignment with segment and category strategy
- Identify trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities through in-depth analysis and “Voice of the Customer” insights
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Production to ensure smooth product management processes
- Provide expert support to the sales team on products, applications, and solutions
- Develop and maintain a targeted marketing mix and create impactful communication and training materials
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering or equivalent by experience
- First experience in B2B(2C) product management, ideally in an international environment and within the building segment
- Proven experience in market analysis, business development, and product strategy
- Consultancy background is a strong plus, bringing strategic thinking and problem-solving expertise
- Good organizational and communication skills
- High level of self-responsibility and team orientation
- Fluent English and Spanish, French is a strong plus
