As Product Manager for the Building Segment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy and delivering solutions that meet evolving customer needs in the EMEA region. This position plays a key role in Aliaxis' marketing strategy. You will drive the sales of selected products within a specific segment and manage all related activities throughout the product lifecycle, aligned with the overall roadmap and category strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and implement product strategies in line with the company’s vision
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle – from initial concept to successful market launch
- Define pricing, improve margins, and streamline the product portfolio in alignment with segment and category strategy
- Identify trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities through in-depth analysis and “Voice of the Customer” insights
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Production to ensure smooth product management processes
- Provide expert support to the sales team on products, applications, and solutions
- Develop and maintain a targeted marketing mix and create impactful communication and training materials
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering or equivalent by experience
- First experience in B2B(2C) product management, ideally in an international environment and within the building segment
- Proven experience in market analysis, business development, and product strategy
- Consultancy background is a strong plus, bringing strategic thinking and problem-solving expertise
- Good organizational and communication skills
- High level of self-responsibility and team orientation
- Fluent English and Spanish, French is a strong plus
