Cabrini Post Graduate Program

Cabrini has partnered with Deakin University to deliver a Post Graduate Midwifery Nursing Program. The program is 18-months duration and applications are open to Registered Nurses who want to transition to a career in Midwifery.

To meet the learning requirements of the post graduate qualification, successful applicants will be employed in a part time capacity in our maternity unit as a registered nurse/postgraduate student.  Rostering will take study and course attendance into consideration and include supernumerary shifts in Birth Suite and Special Care Nursery to meet course requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide quality patient care and ensure positive outcomes

• Work within the Mission and Values of Cabrini Health

• Collaborate effectively in a team environment and prioritize customer service

You will need:

• Australian working rights

• 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA

• Working with children check

• Excellent communication skills
