OUR ROLE
As PMO Manager, you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence across our global manufacturing footprint. Sitting at the heart of Operations & Technology, you'll turn strategic ambition into structured execution, building the governance backbone that keeps our journey toward a stronger, smarter supply chain moving with speed, discipline, and clarity, while personally managing select high-impact projects.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll bring order and momentum to complex, cross-border initiatives, untangling competing priorities, aligning stakeholders across functions and geographies, and translating high-level strategy into structured projects that deliver measurable, lasting results on the shop floor and beyond.
Manage the project portfolio and reporting structures across strategic initiatives, leading cross-functional global projects from planning through execution and implementation.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation in close collaboration with O&T Finance, Legal, and local stakeholders.
Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across global manufacturing sites, identifying productivity opportunities and supporting cost reduction while maintaining safety, quality, and delivery performance.
Develop project management standards, templates, and tools to improve execution consistency, and implement standardized operational processes, KPIs, and best practices.
Ensure alignment between global, regional, and site-level priorities across functions, supporting change management and stakeholder engagement during transformation programs.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a practical, execution-driven professional with a continuous improvement mindset, equally comfortable handling the day-to-day administrative details of governance and collaborating across cultures to drive results across a global manufacturing organization, while never losing sight of the bigger strategic picture.
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Management Operations, or a similar field.
You bring 4-7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, operational excellence, PMO, or transformation roles, ideally within a global, multi-site manufacturing environment.
You're proficient in project management and reporting tools, allowing you to track progress and report with precision.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data-driven insights to interpret performance metrics and drive improvement.
You're skilled in program and project governance, making sound decisions and managing risks and dependencies even under tight constraints.
You communicate and facilitate effectively, managing stakeholders with ease across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
You lead with influence and a results-oriented mindset, and you're ready to travel internationally as required.
