About the role

The Paymaster & Contract Administrator is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining payroll records, and supporting compliance with labor and tax regulations. The role also oversees contract administration activities, including maintaining contract documentation, monitoring contract terms and renewals, and supporting compliance with company policies and contractual obligations

What you will do

• Process and review payroll data to ensure accurate and timely employee payments.
• Maintain payroll records, prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, accruals, and support audits.
• Monitor compliance with payroll, labor, and tax regulations and support related reporting requirements.
• Administer contracts, maintain contract files, track renewals and key terms, and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Procurement, and external parties on payroll and contract-related matters.
• Support additional finance and administrative activities as assigned.

What you bring

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in payroll, accounting, contract administration, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
