Job Responsibilities:

• Submit claims to insurance companies on behalf of Beam Healthcare
• Use medical billing software to enter patient demographics, procedures, diagnoses, charges, payments, and balance
• Maintain patient billing records
• Other administrative tasks, related to claims/billing, as needed

Required Skills:

• 5+ years experience in medical billing in the inpatient setting
• Experience with critical care billing codes and telemedicine
• Proficiency with medical billing software, prefer prior use of Athelas Insights.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
