Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with various teams to monitor and optimize application functionality is an integral part of the work routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge repositories for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SaaS applications using low-code platforms.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management including release and deployment processes.
- Ability to work with APIs and integrate third-party services to extend application capabilities.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve system issues efficiently.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow App Engine.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
