Over de functie
Als Operator A in Uithoorn ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, bedienen, onderhouden en oplossen van storingen aan verschillende productie-installaties. Je werkt met apparatuur voor machinale bewerking, verwerking, assemblage en/of verpakking. Je draagt direct bij aan een soepel verlopend productieproces en aan de kwaliteit van onze producten.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Bedienen, instellen en controleren van productie- en verwerkingsmachines.
- Laden en lossen van rekken met onderdelen.
- Maskeren en demaskeren van onderdelen volgens specificaties.
- Uitvoeren van touch-up, rework en verwerken van afgekeurde producten.
- Inspecteren van onderdelen die van de productielijn komen.
- Sorteren, verpakken en verplaatsen van grondstoffen en eindproducten.
- Monitoren van de productkwaliteit en signaleren van afwijkingen.
- Waar nodig bedienen van een hijsinstallatie (hoist).
- Melden en verhelpen van kleine storingen aan de lijn.
- Zorgdragen voor een veilige, schone en georganiseerde werkplek volgens de geldende veiligheidsrichtlijnen.
Wat breng je mee?
- Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een sterke pre.
- Technisch inzicht en interesse in productieprocessen.
- Bereidheid om in ploegendienst te werken (indien van toepassing).
- Nauwkeurigheid, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een hands-on mentaliteit.
- Teamspirit en goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
