About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Counter Agent to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily operational activities, with a strong focus on documentation, system accuracy, and the timely issuance of delivery orders.

This is a back-office position that requires a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and examine incoming documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• Check and verify relevant parameters across internal systems.

• Issue delivery orders to customers through the local system.

• Ensure that requests and transactions are processed accurately and within the required timelines.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth and efficient operational processes.

• Follow established procedures and maintain a high standard of data accuracy.

• Hebrew language proficiency – written and verbal (required).
