We're looking for a NetSuite Quality Systems Consultant to join us on a fixed-term contract basis and lead the end-to-end implementation and validation of our NetSuite Quality module. You'll be the primary point of contact with our NetSuite implementation team, configuring and validating quality workflows, inspection plans, sampling specifications, and non-conformance tracking. You'll bring hands-on validation expertise to a regulated life sciences environment, ensuring our new system meets 21 CFR Part 11 and ISO 13485 requirements, and you'll set our Quality and Operations teams up for success with clear documentation and training. This is a three-month engagement reporting to our Senior QA Analyst.

Location: 100% onsite in Emeryville, CA. This role reports to the Senior QA Analyst.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and validation of the NetSuite Quality module based on predetermined project requirements.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact interfacing with designated contacts from the NetSuite implementation team.
- Configure, test, and verify quality workflows, inspection plans, sampling specifications, and non-conformance tracking features within NetSuite.
- Execute software validation activities, including drafting and executing test cases for user acceptance testing, test scripts, protocol development, traceability matrices, and validation summary reports.
- Ensure adherence to quality compliance, regulatory requirements (21 CFR Part 11 / ISO 13485), and company policies throughout execution.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for handover to internal quality and operations teams.
- Update QMS documentation related to the NetSuite Quality module, as needed.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and validating workflows in NetSuite in regulated environments; experience with the NetSuite Quality Management System (QMS) module is a plus.
- Proven track record of end-to-end software validation execution in biotech, life sciences, or medical device industries.
- Deep technical understanding of NetSuite workflows, quality inspection rules, custom fields, and data structures.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with a history of effectively driving technical deliverables alongside external vendor teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct management of staff, delivering project milestones on a strict timeline.

Salary and Benefits:
The hourly rate range for this fixed-term contract position is $50/hr, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
As a fixed-term contract position, this role is not eligible for Company benefit plans (including retirement, equity, and paid time off), except as required by applicable law.
