We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Mobile Developer with 6–10 years of professional experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in React Native and a proven track record of building, launching, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.

You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, reliable, and user-friendly mobile applications while working closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on delivering high-performance mobile experiences.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable components and libraries for future use.
• Develop mobile applications for both iOS and Android, ensuring consistent functionality and user experience across platforms.
• Translate product requirements, UI/UX designs, and business objectives into functional mobile experiences.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, authentication systems, and other backend capabilities.
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, stability, and scalability.
• Identify and resolve application bugs, performance bottlenecks, crashes, and other technical issues.
• Implement secure coding practices and ensure applications follow industry standards for mobile security and data protection.
• Write clean, modular, well-documented, and testable code.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices and development standards.
• Work closely with designers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs and responsive layouts.
• Participate in architecture and technical discussions, contributing to decisions around mobile application design and technology choices.
• Monitor application performance and contribute to improvements based on analytics, user feedback, and production issues.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in React Native, mobile development, JavaScript/TypeScript, and the broader mobile ecosystem.

Must-Have Skills

• 6–10 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React Native and cross-platform mobile application development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Experience developing and deploying applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Solid understanding of React concepts such as components, hooks, state management, lifecycle, and performance optimization.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, third-party SDKs, authentication mechanisms, and external services.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, navigation, state management, and application lifecycle.
• Experience with Git and modern software development workflows.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of mobile performance optimization, memory management, and responsive UI development.
• Experience writing unit, integration, or automated tests for mobile applications.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with native Android development using Kotlin/Java or iOS development using Swift/Objective-C.
• Familiarity with state-management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, MobX, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting, and deep linking.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile application release processes.
• Experience publishing applications through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
