We are looking for a hands-on Media Buyer Specialist to manage paid advertising campaigns for multiple clients in an agency environment. The primary focus of this role is Google Ads, including local campaigns, Local Services Ads, Search, Performance Max, and Shopping, with additional responsibility for Facebook and Meta Ads.

The ideal candidate can independently plan, build, launch, optimize, and manage live campaigns while keeping budgets on pace, tracking conversions accurately, and providing clear performance reports. This person will work closely with Tina and the wider team to ensure each client’s campaigns are aligned with their goals and delivering strong results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Manage campaign types including Local Services Ads, local campaigns, Search, Performance Max, and Shopping.
• Create and manage Facebook and Meta Ads campaigns based on client objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor research, and audience analysis.
• Develop campaign structures, ad groups, keywords, targeting, and ad copy.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and make adjustments to improve results.
• Manage bids, budgets, and spending to ensure campaigns remain on pace.
• Set up, review, and troubleshoot conversion tracking.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as cost per lead, cost per acquisition, click-through rate, conversion rate, and return on ad spend.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies.
• Prepare clear and accurate campaign performance reports.
• Communicate results, recommendations, and campaign updates directly with Client and the team.
• Manage multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Stay updated on changes, best practices, and new features across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience managing live Google Ads accounts.
• Experience with Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping, campaigns, and Services Ads.
• Experience managing Facebook and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Experience working with multiple client accounts in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, campaign building, bidding strategies, and budget pacing.
• Experience setting up and monitoring conversion tracking.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and turn findings into practical improvements.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several campaigns at the same time.
• Comfortable communicating directly with team members and providing regular campaign updates.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and product feeds.
• Experience using reporting and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and e-commerce campaign strategies.
• Agency experience working with clients across different industries.
