About the role

At Deliveroo Belgium, our marketing team is evolving, and with it, the opportunity for a curious and enthusiastic intern to grow alongside us.

We are looking for a flexible, eager-to-learn Marketing Intern who will play a key role in frontline marketing operations.

This internship is designed for someone who may not yet have a fully defined skillset, but who is excited to understand how a fast-growing business operates. We’ll be there to share our knowledge, guide you, and help you develop strong business acumen with real impact from day one.

What you’ll do

Frontline Marketing Operations (core responsibility)

• Support the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, helping ensure initiatives are launched accurately and on time

• Support the localisation and adaptation of marketing content and assets for the Belgian market, including centrally led initiatives

• Provide operational support for CRM campaigns and assets, helping prepare, localise, review, and coordinate customer communications across relevant channels

• Manage and push live in-app messaging

• Coordinate marketing assets and copy across English, French, and Dutch, ensuring content is locally relevant and consistent

• Perform quality checks on campaign assets, copy, links, and placements before launch

• Act as a key operational link between ideas, content, tools, and execution

Exposure to Marketing Strategy & Business Thinking

• Work closely with the Merchant Marketing team and wider marketing stakeholders on various initiatives as the team’s scope evolves

• Support the preparation of presentations, campaign materials, and updates for internal stakeholders

• Gain exposure to how marketing initiatives connect to broader commercial and business objectives

• Help identify opportunities to improve and streamline recurring marketing processes

Learning & Growth

• Gain hands-on exposure to how a country-level team thinks about growth, customers, merchants, and performance

• Learn how to structure problems, prioritize work, and translate ideas into action

• Develop practical experience with CRM, localisation, campaign execution, and marketing operations

• Progressively take on more ownership and responsibility as your confidence and understanding grow

• Happy to combine creative marketing tasks with hands-on operational execution

Requirements

• Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Belgium (e.g. business, economics, marketing, communications, or similar)

• Available for a 6-month internship, with potential extension up to 12 months

• Comfortable working in English, French, and Dutch

• Basic familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets and presentation software is helpful

• Previous experience with CRM or marketing tools is a plus, but not required — we’ll help you learn
