A Day in the Life:

Benefits & Wellness

• Supports day-to-day benefits administration, including social insurance, life insurance, retirement and wellness-related programs
• Handles employee lifecycle benefits processes (e.g. new hires, changes, terminations) in coordination with internal teams and external vendors
• Participates in benefits renewal process and assists in monitoring service quality of service providers
• Coordinates wellness programs and activities (e.g. health talks, employee engagement initiatives) and prepares communication materials
• Responds to employee enquiries on benefits and wellness matters in a timely and professional manner
• Ensures benefits programs and practices comply with local regulatory and company requirements

Vendor & Operations Support

• Acts as a key contact point for benefits vendors and supports issue resolution and escalation
• Coordinates with Talent Operations, Payroll and other stakeholders, and supports Workday-related processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of benefits
• Handles vendor management processes including documentation, invoicing and tracking
• Prepares reports and supports reconciliation activities where required

Process & System Support

• Maintains benefits data and documentation, administers system transactions (e.g. Workday), and provides day-to-day support to ensure data accuracy and timely resolution of system and benefits-related issues
• Supports implementation of system enhancements and process improvements related to benefits administration
• Identifies opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
• Supports ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned
