A Trinny London Artist is the true heart of where everything happens. You’ll be responsible for embodying our mission of giving our customers the tools they need to be their best every day using our stackable, portable, curated makeup and our award-winning skincare. You’ll do this by combining your next-level artistry skills with impressive product knowledge and a passion for people. • Drive personal and counter sales by actively engaging shop floor traffic and consistently exceeding targets through confident cross-selling and upselling.
• Maximize peak trading windows using proactive traffic-stopping techniques, analyzing busy periods to optimize your sales approach and footfall capture.

Artistry & Customer Experience

• Confidently execute every appointment opportunity, welcoming guests with an authentic greeting and infusing "Trinny London magic" into every interaction to maximize connection and conversion.
• Recommend comprehensive, tailored routines using your expert artistry, deep skincare knowledge, and our digital Match2Me tool to transition seamlessly from lifestyle consultation to a complete purchase.
• Educate and empower clients through on-the-spot coaching, utilizing active listening to deliver clear, easy-to-follow advice on product steps, ingredient benefits, and concern analysis.

Teamwork & Counter Culture

• Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment with an adaptable, positive "can-do" attitude, supporting your peers during high-pressure trading periods.
• Deliver the very best customer service by using active listening to proactively address customer needs on the floor, providing thoughtful solutions to ensure every interaction remains seamless and uplifting.

Requirements

• Strong retail sales experience combined with relevant training, OR direct exposure to the beauty and cosmetics industry with a genuine passion for makeup and skincare.
• Highly motivated by meeting and exceeding personal KPIs, with a natural ability to close sales, cross-sell, and upsell.
• Composed and confident in ever-changing, fast-paced environments, with the resilience to thrive during high-profile events and masterclasses.
• A solution-led approach combined with a strong self-awareness of how your personal energy impacts team morale.
• A genuine passion for continuous learning, staying ahead of industry trends, and proactively seeking and applying feedback.
• Highly personable with a customer-centric mindset, utilising active listening to build immediate, trusting connections.
• Flawless punctuality and professionalism, with full flexibility to work standard retail hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
