Primary Duties

Leadership

• Deputises for the MA, for any station maintenance needs if MA is not available (Validation / COW / Schedule / etc). •
• Contribute to an environment in which all team members are respected regardless of their individual differences and are motivated to improve both their individual and team contributions to achieve desired business results.
• Responsible for progression of their own coaching and development against the MC Training matrix – The MA will support timely delivery of direct reports personal delivery plan. Risk / Operating Discipline
• Supports MA to ensure the safe execution and coordination of maintenance activities in support of ROO’s standards, values, and behaviours is carried out inside assigned station.
• Ensures a zero tolerance for overdue maintenance (SCE and Anomaly management) to reduce risk to production / personnel / plant and environment.
• Supports compliance with the standardized Work Management process, including deferral and risk management. • Ensure Management of Change process is understood and followed.
• Actively contributes and promotes a culture of open safety reporting and continuous improvement including weekly SVs as per schedule.
• Conducts daily site surveys across all onsite equipment and skids and reports any defects to support safe and reliable operations.
• Supports MA & Operations Team on returning plant to safe operation post planned interventions - Timely GOC paperwork closeout (ITR’s) - - People MC1 walkdowns PSSR sign off

People

• Have close oversight of contractors for managed activities and review unpriced CTRs.
• Engages with BOC and Site Maintenance Leads to confirm alignment on priorities and to ensure readiness and efficient safe execution.

Production Delivery, Optimisation & Excellent Performance

• Supporting the MA to ensure effective and efficient asset maintenance, covering multi-discipline Preventative (PM) & Corrective (CM) maintenance activities completed within the assigned station. Coordinates the delivery of the 2-week maintenance schedule.
• Supports MA & Operations Team on returning plant to safe operation post planned interventions (also relevant to OE, but included here due to production impact).
• Coordinate the support services (scaffolds / cranes / excavation / etc) for maintenance activities by initiating requests and efficiently confirming work completion. Timely removal of hired equipment on completion of work scopes.
• Accountable to the MA for maintaining the required daily updates / progress in the O&M tracker and department-specific daily reports.
• Supports the MA in planning and maintaining opportune outage / Maint BB for site TAR and System outages.

Experience, Qualifications & Key Skills

• Above 3 Years experience in O&G industry (Preferable with IOC’s direct or contract)
