How your day-to-day in this role would look like:

• • Answering customer questions by phone, chat and/or email with a friendly, solution-focused attitude
• • Solving problems and creating positive experiences for every customer you speak with
• • Following the brand's guidelines and quality standards on every interaction
• • Logging and updating customer interactions in the relevant systems
• • Working closely with your team to keep improving the service you provide

What do you need to be successful at this job?

• • Language Maestro: Fluent in French, good English
• • Strong communication and active listening skills
• • A problem-solving, can-do mindset
• • Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools
• • Patience, empathy and a positive attitude
• • Availability to work in shifts
• • Solid C1, C2 or native level in the working language
• • Minimum B2 English
• • Clean criminal record
• • Valid work permit or European passport

• • For other roles: flight covered up to €150, up to 21 days of accommodation, help securing an apartment in Sofia, and a €300/month gross accommodation allowance
