We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially aware Legal & Contracts professional to manage corporate legal matters, contract drafting, review, negotiation, and documentation. The role will involve working closely with internal business teams and external stakeholders to ensure agreements are legally sound, commercially appropriate, and aligned with organizational requirements.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Corporate Law, contract management, legal documentation, and agreement drafting, with the ability to independently manage multiple legal matters in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize various commercial and corporate agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
- Review agreements to identify legal, commercial, regulatory, and operational risks.
- Provide practical legal guidance to business and internal stakeholders on contractual matters.
- Prepare and review NDAs, service agreements, vendor agreements, employment-related documents, consultancy agreements, partnership agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Ensure agreements accurately reflect commercial discussions and business requirements.
- Support contract negotiations with clients, vendors, partners, consultants, and other external stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize contract records, legal documentation, approvals, and related correspondence.
- Track contractual obligations, renewals, amendments, notices, and key deadlines.
- Conduct legal research and provide concise recommendations on relevant corporate and commercial law matters.
- Assist with corporate documentation, resolutions, notices, and other legal records as required.
- Identify potential contractual risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants, and other legal professionals when specialized advice is required.
- Support internal teams during disputes, claims, negotiations, and other legal matters.
- Ensure legal documents follow appropriate organizational standards, approval processes, and applicable laws.
- Develop and improve standard agreement templates, legal checklists, and contract-review processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive corporate and legal information.
What's Makes You a Great Fit
- 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate legal, contracts, commercial law, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Corporate Law and commercial contracting principles.
- Hands-on expertise in document drafting, agreement drafting, contract review, and negotiation.
- Experience handling multiple types of corporate and commercial agreements.
- Strong ability to identify contractual risks and translate them into practical business recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong legal drafting ability.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing complex legal documents.
- Ability to understand business requirements and structure legally appropriate solutions.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder-management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage priorities, deadlines, and multiple contractual matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, for legal documentation and contract management.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities.
- Law degree (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution is preferred.
- Experience working with corporate legal teams, consulting firms, technology companies, or other fast-paced business environments will be an advantage.
