This is a high-impact role that sits within the Program Management team in the SMB & Channel sales team. As a Lead Global Program Manager for Sales Enablement, you will shape the programs, systems, and operating rhythms that help our global SMB sales teams build the knowledge, confidence, and tools to succeed.
You will own the end-to-end enablement experience across onboarding, continuous learning, certifications, and global sales-motion readiness. You will partner closely with Sales leadership, Product Marketing, Sales Strategy & Operations, Quality Assurance, regional program managers, and external delivery partners to translate business priorities into scalable, measurable enablement programs.
The ideal candidate combines sales or go-to-market fluency with exceptional program management, strong cross-functional influence, and a practical approach to using data and AI to improve how sellers learn and perform.
What you’ll do:
- Own the global SMB sales enablement strategy and roadmap, including onboarding, certifications, continuous learning, content governance, and sales-motion readiness.
- Translate global sales priorities, product launches, and go-to-market motions into role-based enablement plans for sales development, partner management, account management, and agency teams.
- Design scalable learning experiences across live training, e-learning, workshops, certifications, job aids, manager coaching, and self-serve resources.
- Lead global onboarding and ramp programs, ensuring new sellers receive consistent, role-relevant preparation while allowing for necessary regional adaptations.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, QA, Scaled Performance, Sales Operations, and regional teams to identify seller skill gaps and prioritize the highest-impact interventions.
- Establish and run operating mechanisms for the function, including quarterly roadmaps, training calendars, KPI reviews, executive updates, cross-functional forums, and communications.
- Lead and influence external enablement partners and regional training teams; set expectations, monitor program health, remove blockers, and drive accountability to service levels and outcomes.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelors degree in related field or relevant experience.
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, sales strategy, learning and development, program management, or a related go-to-market function.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-region programs from strategy and planning through launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Strong understanding of sales motions, sales methodologies, and the distinct needs of customer-facing sales roles.
- Proven ability to influence senior, cross-functional, and external stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience managing outsourced or vendor-delivered programs, including performance expectations, governance, and accountability.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple priorities in an evolving environment.
- Experience with enablement, CRM, content, and analytics platforms such as LMS tools, Highspot, Salesforce, Gong, Tableau, or similar.
- Practical experience using AI or automation to improve workflows, learning experiences, content development, or performance insights, with sound judgment around quality and responsible use.
