About the role:
As a Label Change Coordinator, you will support day-to-day activities that directly impact your area, working within established procedures while applying limited discretion. You will play a key role in coordinating and implementing market- and compliance-driven packaging and labeling changes.
The primary focus of this role is to manage and execute product labeling artwork updates (e.g., boxes, cartons, bottles, wraps, and other containers) by collaborating with stakeholders and the labeling team to deliver high-quality, production-ready graphics on time.
Your key duties and responsibilities as a Label Change Coordinator:
Coordinate communication across functions to ensure timely and compliant artwork delivery
Translate label requests into production-ready, compliant artwork
Manage and execute small to moderate labeling artwork change projects
Create and manage Change Control Requests (CCR) in TrackWise
Support implementation of labeling changes into production (assigned sites)
Ensure compliance with QMS, EHS, and company procedures
Review, prioritize, and track artwork and production tasks in line with deadlines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Manufacturing, Graphics, vendors)
Support development and delivery of labeling documentation and project outputs
Identify issues, propose solutions, and support resolution of project challenges
Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain strong attention to detail
Represent the Labeling team in project teams and support onboarding/training activities

Minimum achieved education
I. level university degree
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
About you:
3+ years of experience in labeling and understanding of labeling processes
Knowledge of Convatec product portfolio and artwork/DTP preparation
Basic understanding of graphic artwork development and printing techniques (e.g., offset, digital, flexo, gravure)
Experience in project management and delivering complex technical projects on time
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (e.g., Regulatory, Marketing, Design) and external partners (e.g., agencies, print suppliers)
Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks in parallel, with strong problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills in technical English (written and verbal)
Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows environment, basic databases, project management tools)
Detail-oriented with willingness to learn and develop in packaging, labeling, and proofreading
Education
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in administration, languages, or a related field
Training & Compliance
Willingness to complete required onboarding and ongoing training (QMS, GxP, Code of Ethics, EHS, and relevant procedures)
Commitment to working in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
