About the role: 

As L1 Support Professional you will; 

• Be the first point of contact for our customers when they have questions or troubleshooting needs about CGM Pridok software. 

• Record, categorize and process incoming phone and digital chat inquiries in our customer support platform (Intercom). 

• Assist and guide customers on how to resolve their issues with care, patience and understanding. 

• Work closely with 2nd line support on any customer cases should higher technical assistance be required. 

• Partner with AI to help identify and share solutions to the support team on potential issues, smarter ways of working and how we can provide the best service to our customers.  

• Be working in a fast paced busy environment dealing with queries of all levels of difficulty – no two weeks, days or hours will look the same. 

Need to have: 

• Fluent Norwegian, both written and spoken. Good understanding of English both written and spoken. 

• 1-2 years' experience in a similar customer support role – with a technical and/or commercial background in customer support. 

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with the customers needs. 

• A strong customer orientated mindset and ability to relate to the issues they are facing. 

• Ability to work flexibly – our team has rotated set hours to ensure that 1st line support is covered during opening hours. We operate with dagvakt (8-16), kveldsvakt (16-22:30) og helgvakt.

• Availability to be in the office 5 days a week – however we try to be flexible to all our employees needs. 

• The ability to work calmly under pressure and within tight deadlines whilst also delivering exceptional levels of customer service. 

Nice to have: 

• Applicable degree, diploma or certificate. 
• Experience within and/or knowledge of e-Helse. 
• Located in the Tønsberg or surrounding Vestfold area.
• A keen interest in technology and open to new ways of thinking when it comes to IT. 
• Eagerness to learn and a solid team player mantra. 
• Experience in tools like SAP, MS Office, SQL, RDP, Remote tools, Microsoft .NET.
