As a Junior Buyer at Real Result B.V., you will support the procurement team in purchasing products and services efficiently and cost-effectively. You will build and maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor contract terms, and contribute to developing an optimal procurement strategy. This position provides an excellent foundation for further growth and development within the procurement field.
Our company is based out of Vianen, Utrecht (NL). We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

The platform offers group purchasing services, SaaS-based technology solutions, and supply chain consulting and procurement-related services to foodservice parties with the aim of reducing costs and improving supply chain decisions through data-driven technology. As a Buyer at Real Result, you are the linchpin in strategic purchasing processes. You work closely with various leading players in the sector, from hospitality to catering and from Leisure to on-the-move. Our client base is diverse and impressive. Think of names like Ron Blaauw, Perfect Serve, Albron, Beerze Bulten, Vue Cinemas, Koninklijk Theater Carré, and many others.
- Support procurement and tender processes
- Request and compare quotations
- Maintain relationships and communication with suppliers
- Monitor contractual agreements and terms
- Analyze procurement data and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement client-specific data solutions
About you:
- MBO/HBO level of education and thinking, preferably in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Knowledge of Excel and/or procurement/ERP systems
- Proactive and results-oriented
- Accurate and organized
- Team player with an eagerness to learn
