The Network Security and Assurance team are looking for a Site Reliability and Network Security Engineer to operate, improve and modernise the technologies that protect the Group. The role combines technical operations, configuration and integration, delivery and SRE practices to improve security, reliability and service outcomes across on-premises and cloud environments.
Your accountabilities will include:

- Develop and maintain automation that reduces operational toil, improves repeatability and supports reliable release, assurance and service-management activities.
- Complete configuration reviews, control checks and evidence gathering, addressing gaps and supporting secure, auditable outcomes.
- Maintain clear designs, procedures and service documentation, and work with Product Teams, infrastructure colleagues and suppliers to deliver agreed outcomes.
- Identify practical opportunities to simplify, modernise and strengthen services while balancing customer outcomes, security, reliability and operational risk.
