What You'll Do
- Support the execution of In-Service Support activities across multiple Destinus products and programs throughout their operational lifecycle
- Act as the primary coordination point for technical and support related issues arising during operational service
- Monitor fleet performance, maintenance activities, and operational data to identify reliability trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collect, analyze, and manage customer feedback to continuously improve product support and operational effectiveness
- Work closely with Engineering to investigate technical issues, coordinate corrective actions, and support timely issue resolution
- Analyze reliability, maintainability, and availability metrics including MTBF, MTTR, and Operational Availability
- Support root cause investigations for recurring failures, operational incidents, and reliability concerns
- Collaborate with Logistics Support Analysis teams to assess impacts on maintenance concepts and supportability analyses
- Coordinate with Technical Publications to ensure maintenance documentation reflects operational feedback and engineering updates
- Partner with Supply Support teams to address spare parts availability, provisioning, and logistics related challenges
- Work with Training teams to identify knowledge gaps and improve customer training programs
- Support engineering changes, retrofit programs, service bulletins, and product modifications deployed in the field
- Assess the operational impact of engineering changes and configuration updates throughout the product lifecycle
- Maintain accurate records of customer support activities, technical issues, corrective actions, and operational feedback
- Contribute to readiness assessments, supportability reviews, lifecycle planning, and sustainment strategies for current and future programs
- Support proposal activities by providing operational insights and sustainment recommendations
- Help develop and continuously improve In-Service Support processes, procedures, templates, and best practices across the organization
Requirements
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Defense Technology, or a related discipline
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support, sustainment engineering, maintenance engineering, technical support, aerospace support, or a related field
- Good understanding of maintenance concepts within aerospace, defense, or other complex engineering environments
- Knowledge of reliability, maintainability, and availability principles including MTBF, MTTR, and Operational Availability
- Experience analyzing technical, maintenance, and operational data to support problem solving and continuous improvement
- Understanding of engineering change processes and configuration controlled environments
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional proficiency in English
- Experience within aerospace, defense, UAV, or other high technology industries is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Integrated Logistics Support methodologies and lifecycle sustainment activities is an advantage
- Exposure to ASD S-Series specifications including S5000F, S3000L, or S1000D is considered a plus
- Experience with fleet support, reliability analysis, failure reporting, support databases, issue tracking systems, provisioning, or spare parts management is beneficial
