We are looking for a HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist – Fixed-Term Contract who will be responsible for all HR related topic for our Croatian organization.

Mission

Support in the HR operational activities, handle all administrative matters related to recruitment & selection, personnel administration, learning & development and employee relations. Ensure accurate personnel data at all times.

Main Accountabilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, from job briefing and advertising to candidate selection and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
• Source, screen and interview candidates using a variety of channels.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.

HR Support & Employee Lifecycle

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal movements and offboarding.
• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
• Support the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures and processes.
• Support employee relations matters and ensure compliance with internal policies and local legislation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the smooth delivery of HR services.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as required.

  • Personnel budget exercise
  • Employee Satisfaction Survey
  • Company cars – fleet management and related insurances
  • Occupational, Safety and Fire Protection

Experience, Skills & Education

• At least Bachelor degree level, preferably with specialization in HR or related social sciences
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, including solid experience in Talent Acquisition and end-to-end recruitment.
• Knowledge of Croatian + proficient in English (oral and written)
• Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
• Prior experience with HR information systems and/or payroll platforms is an asset (e.g. Workday, Peoplesoft, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP or other payroll platforms)
• Computer-literate (MS Office)
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and direction.
• Excellent communication skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving, Teamplayer, well organised, able to work well under stress and handle multiple priorities.
