HR Manager

This role is based at our San José Shared Service Center, where you will partner closely with business leaders to shape people strategies that support operational excellence and future growth.

What you will do:

• Act as the primary HR partner for leaders within the San José Shared Service Center, translating business strategy into people and organizational priorities.

• Support the delivery of core HR processes such as performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and workforce planning.

• Advise leaders and employees on employee relations topics, ensuring compliance with local labor legislation and consistent application of policies.

• Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to implement global HR initiatives and ensure alignment with company standards.

• Contribute to organizational design, change management and transformation initiatives that enable business growth.

• Use HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and support informed decision-making.

• Coach and support leaders in building leadership capability, employee engagement, and a culture of accountability and inclusion.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience (5–10 years) in Human Resources, including time spent in an HR Business Partner role supporting operational or Shared Service Center environments.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR strategies to business priorities and outcomes.

• Solid employee relations expertise, with confidence in handling complex cases and exercising sound judgment.

• Experience working in a matrixed, international environment and partnering with regional and global stakeholders.

• Ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into practical actions.

• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

• A collaborative, values‑driven professional who demonstrates integrity, resilience, and the ability to navigate complexity.
