Today, Lonza is a global leader in life sciences operating across three continents. While we work in science,
there’s no magic formula to how we do it. Our greatest scientific solution is talented people working
together, devising ideas that help businesses to help people. In exchange, we let our people own their
careers. Their ideas, big and small, genuinely improve the world. And that’s the kind of work we want to be
part of.
As a Scientist High-Throughput Experimentation (HTE), you support MSAT, R&D and Process Development

• Execute high-throughput chemical reaction screenings, ensuring safe operation, high quality and
reliability of experimental results, and complete documentation
• Perform reaction analysis using UPLC and other analytical techniques; contribute to method development
and troubleshooting as needed
• Operate, maintain, and independently troubleshoot HTE and automated lab equipment
• Translate reaction conditions into robust HTE plate designs and write/program experimental recipes for
automated execution
• Collaborate closely with project chemists on experimental design, data evaluation, and interpretation of
results
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of automation workflows and support the evaluation
of new technologies, equipment, and digital tools
• Support the training and technical guidance of junior colleagues in HTE and automated lab practices
Key requirements:
