Our Hatchery Representatives interact face to face with our customers, understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. We work collaboratively in Field Sales Teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model. 

THE OPPORTUNITY

Is responsible for the sales promotion and after-sales service of all poultry hatchery products in Taiwan, control and discuss all deviations in sales and costs from planned figures with supervisor.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. To assist in the preparation of the market plan of poultry hatchery products and all of equipment or devices for poultry breeder farms or hatcheries throughout Taiwan with supervisor. Those include:

• Sales objectives & sales budget of each product and equipment
• Strategies & tactics
• Action plan
• Expense budget

2.To achieve the sales objectives and control the expense within the budget every year

3. To screen and segment customers based on our criteria

4. To identify the needs of the end users by frequent visits, recommend appropriate hatchery products, hatchery management knowledge, auditing service in order to solve customer’s problem and create the market demand

5. To organize and hold seminar, farmers meetings and in farm training so as to teach the farmers how to improve hatchery knowledge and use our products and equipment properly

6. To provide regular after-sales service including introduction & problem solving in equipment & devices and hatchery operation and coordinate maintenance and repair of equipment &devices

7. To contact global and regional technical manager of poultry and hatchery manager regularly, collect poultry technical information and arrange training for field staff and distributors of poultry team together with technical and marketing manager

8. To prepare technical and promotional materials together with technical and marketing manager

9. To review the sales analysis of each product and each targeted hatchery every month and take appropriate actions so as to increase sales

10. To report the situations of targeted customers to supervisor monthly so that the supervisor can rectify the marketing strategy and action plans immediately. Those include:

• Competitors’ pricing, bonus program, promotional activities and after-sales service situation
• Complaints on products from the customers and the distributors

11. To submit trip report in Maxx system, review the results of the monthly activities, set the action plans with the supervisor each month

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

1. Must has poultry hatchery management or hatchery service experience
2. Graduated from engineering or animal science is preferable
3. Fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese and English
4. Willing to travel frequently and work in the field independently
5. Good communication skill and selling skill
6. Has driving license
7. Good in analytical and planning skill

8. Class C Technician of Engineering is preferable
