What you'll do
- Own full-cycle recruiting across the GTM organization as your primary focus, spanning entry-level through senior leadership roles
- Flex to support recruiting for other functions across Thatch as business needs and hiring priorities evolve
- Partner with sales and GTM leaders to define roles, calibrate on ideal candidate profiles, and deliver on hiring plans at every level of seniority
- Design and execute distinct recruiting strategies tailored to each level—from high-volume entry-level pipelines to targeted, relationship-driven executive searches
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of both passive and active candidates across the sales talent market
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience regardless of role level
- Communicate clearly and promptly to keep candidates, hiring managers, and leadership aligned throughout the process
- Balance multiple high-priority searches simultaneously while contributing to the growth of the recruiting function as Thatch scales
Background we're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, with direct experience recruiting for sales/GTM roles across a range of seniority levels
- Demonstrated ability to flex between high-volume entry-level hiring and executive/leadership searches
- Proven track record of placing top sales talent and contributing to high-performing GTM teams
- Data-driven approach, with the ability to provide both quantitative and qualitative insights to hiring managers and leadership
Experience we’d be particularly excited about
- A track record of partnering with sales leadership on org design or headcount planning tied to revenue goals
- Prior recruiting experience within healthcare, health tech, or insurance—understanding the talent landscape and how to evaluate domain-relevant candidates
- Highly adaptable, creative, and eager to learn new skills or domains, with a strong desire to leverage new tools and resources to drive better outcomes for Thatch
- Skilled at building diverse and inclusive candidate pipelines
- Familiarity with Greenhouse

- 30 minute video meeting to talk through your background and interest in Thatch
- 30 minute video meeting to meet 3-4 members of the team to dive deeper into your experience
- 30 minute video meeting with department leadership to understand alignment to the role and your motivation
- 20-30 minute video meeting with our founders to discuss your approach to culture and our operating principles
