Join Beca in a pivotal leadership role where you'll shape the future of our Group Treasury function and help drive the financial strength of one of the Asia-Pacific's largest employee-owned professional services consultancies. As our Group Treasury Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring Beca has the funding, liquidity, and capital management strategies needed to support our people, projects, and growth ambitions.
Leading a small but high-performing team, you'll oversee all aspects of treasury operations including cash management, banking relationships, foreign exchange and hedging activities, capital management, and our award-winning employee share funding scheme. You'll also act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic insights and specialist expertise that help inform business decisions across Beca.
This role offers a unique blend of strategic thinking and operational leadership, with plenty of opportunity to influence outcomes, drive continuous improvement, strengthen treasury processes, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of Beca's financial capabilities. Whilst based in our global HQ, the role spans our Asia-Pacific operations, providing exposure to cross-border banking, foreign exchange management, liquidity optimisation and treasury challenges across multiple jurisdictions.

We're looking for an experienced treasury professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and turning complex financial information into practical business outcomes. You'll be equally comfortable operating strategically with senior leaders as you are rolling up your sleeves to optimise treasury operations and identify opportunities for improvement.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Significant treasury, financial, accounting, commercial, or banking experience gained within a complex organisation
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations, banking relationships, liquidity management, foreign exchange, and capital management
- Experience leading people and fostering high-performing, engaged teams
- The ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders through strong communication and relationship management skills
- A strategic mindset combined with a practical approach to delivering results
- A passion for driving continuous improvement and enhancing processes, systems, and ways of working
- Strong analytical capabilities and advanced Excel skills
- A relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline
- CAANZ, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional membership (or working towards)
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and sharing knowledge with others.
