As a Facilities Manager, you will oversee the management and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure within our Internal Firm Services practice. This role involves coordinating with various teams to validate the smooth operation of our facilities, focusing on efficiency and sustainability. As a Manager, you will lead teams, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our facilities, confirming they meet the needs of our teams and clients. Your role will be pivotal in driving improvements and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our infrastructure and support services.

Responsibilities

- Overseeing the management and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure to support business operations
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to optimize space utilization and occupancy planning
- Implementing and managing Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs to maintain a safe workplace
- Leading project management efforts, including budgeting, scheduling, and delivery of facilities projects
- Managing vendor relationships and service contracts to validate quality and cost-effective services
- Developing and executing strategic logistics and property management plans
- Utilizing Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) for efficient facilities operations
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance troubleshooting to address facility issues promptly
- Facilitating stakeholder communications and engagement to align facilities management with organizational goals
- Supporting emergency response system maintenance and life safety code compliance
- Overseeing lease agreements and preparing real estate documents for property management activities
- Promoting a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement within the facilities team

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's degree
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
