Executive Team Assistant, Logistics & Industrial

We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide high quality executive support and administration assistance to the Industrial team based in Brisbane.

What You'll Do:

• Maintaining client contacts in CRM system and Outlook
• Draft and distribute electronic brochures
• Work with finance team to ensure fee forecast, AMEX and cash receipts are up to date.
• Assist to organise and host client events & travel arrangements
• Help to create high quality marketing submissions and information memorandums
• Marketing campaign management liaising with external marketing consultants
• Co-ordination of internal and external meetings
• Formatting & preparation of reports, submissions, briefs and presentations to a high and creative standard
• Attend weekly meetings and monthly meetings, prepare meeting minutes or documentation required
• Maintain lease expiry database
• Work with the team to develop and implement marketing initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• Experience supporting a senior leader in a corporate setting strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail in document preparation
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with capacity to prioritize multiple urgent tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
