As an Entry Level Consultant, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in projects across different industries and business areas. Depending on your background, skills, and project needs, you may contribute to initiatives involving business transformation, technology, operations, engineering, data, process improvement, and innovation.
This is a general consulting opportunity designed for candidates who are eager to learn, solve problems, work collaboratively, and develop their careers in a dynamic environment.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with project teams to understand business needs and challenges.
- Support the analysis of processes, information, and business requirements.
- Help identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the development of solutions.
- Participate in different stages of projects, from analysis and design to implementation and support.
- Prepare analyses, documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Learn and apply new technologies, tools, and methodologies according to project needs.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to solve business challenges.
- Continuously develop technical, business, and consulting skills.
What we’re looking for
- Recent graduates or students in their final semesters of Engineering, Technology, Business, Finance, Administration, or related fields.
- Interest in developing a career in consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Adaptability and ability to work in changing environments.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous professional experience is not required for entry-level opportunities.
