Function:             Service

            Qualification

• Years of Exp:6 to 8 years
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics
• Desirable Skills: Experience in relevant Experience in Execution of Security, Safety, and Building Management systems.
• Basic Knowledge of IT Network
• Strong Internal and external Client-facing experience.
• Experience with 3rd Party equipment, including switch gears, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems, and an understanding of startup commissioning processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• EHS reviews and maintains safety reports (Job risk assessment).
• To attend the service calls related to BMS-related equipment (DDC sensors etc.) and maintain proper records.
• To attend the preventive maintenance calls as service tickets and schedule provided by the customer.
• To provide the update on the Attended service ticket to the team.
• Performance measurement criterion for O&M.
• Maintain building Key Performance Index and SLA.
• Preventive inspection checks for DDC panels, sensors, controllers, and actuators, every quarter and ensure Maintenance activity compliance by the operators.
• Ensure that all hardware checks are performed for buildings under O&M as per the O&M checklist.
• Install and/or replace and commission any faulty BMS devices at the site.
• Ensure recommended spares are maintained at CHUBB as per the terms agreed between Client & CHUBB.
• Support ad-hoc system/logic changes as required by the client from time to time.
• Any patch/software upgrades# release to be applied at the site to respective software servers.
• Record and maintain a list of major changes/overrides/adjustments done to the BMS system with complete details of date, time, change request, etc.
• Ensure BMS data is backed up on regular intervals as defined by the Client both on local drive and network storage.
• Review the BMS Server PC for correct functionality and drive capacity.
• Support in customer’s audit.

Qualification / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or relevant degree.
• Good knowledge on HVAC & BMS Installation, commissioning & Trouble shooting.
• RMA & Spare Material Tracker Maintenance.
• Multi-Compliant handling.
• Multi-Vendor handling.
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Team player.
• Fluency in English and local language (oral/Written)
