This position requires working on shifts and covering on-call duties (on rotation)

Shift 1: 6:30 – 15:30
Shift 2: 9:00 – 18:00
Shift 3: 10:30 – 19:30

As a Technical Support Analyst L2 with more than 2 years of experience in tech support, your main duties will be performing diagnostics and maintenance of E-commerce solutions.

You will be debugging incorrect website behavior (content, configuration or code related issues) and will configure and troubleshoot backend applications.  You will provide root cause analysis, investigate and troubleshoot SAP Commerce Cloud configurations, deployments, data feeds from 3rd parties, perform code releases, create SOP and update documentation in Confluence.

You will have direct communication with client’s teams and will liaise closely with internal teams to reproduce and resolve issues. You will use different communication channels, such as e-mail, phone and other support management applications.

Technology Stack Used & Required Knowledge:

• Education in IT (or similar background) and 2+ years of tech support experience

• SAP Commerce Cloud (SAP Hybris) experience is an advantage but not required

• Basic scripting knowledge (Groovy and Bash)

• Log parsing and analysis

• Web services – Advanced

• Network protocols – Intermediate

• Good understanding of OOP concepts

• Relational databases and concepts / SQL - Advanced
