What would you do? • The creative resource project manager supports the internal creative studio production projects end to end and effectively allocates and manages creative resources across the email, print, retail, web, and app workstreams. This person is process-driven and central to resource planning keeping workloads balanced, teams informed, and projects completed on time • Role requires Digital Marketing Ads Promotion creation design • Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that primarily rely on digital tools and technologies. • It encompasses managing tasks, resources, timelines, and communication channels to ensure successful project outcomes in the digital realm.
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Digital Project Management - P1 • • Seven to ten years experience managing creative resources and projects in agency, digital marketing, or production environments. • • Deep understanding of creative processes, production workflows, and brand adherence. • • Expertise in workload balancing, capacity management, and multiproject coordination. • • Comfortable multitasking and reprioritizing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • • Able to lead cross-functional teams through idea generation and production. • • Team player with advanced emotional intelligence and relationship-building sk
Roles and Responsibilities: • • Help scope projects to ensure accurate workload forecasting and capacity planning. • • Understand team members day-to-day routines and needs. Monitor their utilization hours, anticipate bottlenecks, and recommend resource shifts to meet priorities. • • Foster communication and collaboration across teams to abate project issues, increase quality control, and amplify smooth workflows. • • Liaise between the creative director and creative and digital teams, ensuring stakeholder objectives and brand standards are met. • • Use advanced time management skills to monitor project schedules, progress, and • timely delivery. • • Prepare comprehensive status reports and post-project evaluations. • • Report project outcomes, successes, and lessons learned and provide strategic insights and clear action items to senior management. • • Optimize Workfront workflows with a creative and digital team perspective and input
