Digital Asset Servicing Specialist

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Asset Servicing Specialist with a strong background in Fund Administration to support and scale our Digital Asset servicing capabilities. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert, supporting operational teams, improving servicing models, and ensuring best-in-class client service across traditional and digital asset funds. This role requires a professional who understands how digital assets integrate into the broader fund administration ecosystem, including investor servicing, fund operations, regulatory controls, and transfer agency processes.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Act as the SME for Digital Asset Fund Administration, supporting day-to-day operations and complex client queries.
• Support onboarding and launch of digital asset funds while collaborating with Operations, Compliance, Risk and Technology teams.
• Design and improve scalable operating models, controls and risk frameworks for digital asset servicing.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to global fund servicing teams.
• Support AML/KYC, investor onboarding and regulatory processes.
• Develop expertise in third-party fund administration platforms and digital asset technologies.
• Work closely with Transfer Agency teams to support investor lifecycle activities, subscriptions, redemptions and shareholder servicing where applicable.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Fund Administration within the investment funds industry.
• Strong end-to-end knowledge of Fund Administration operations, NAV lifecycle and fund servicing.
• Good understanding of Digital Assets, tokenised funds and blockchain-enabled investment products, with the ability to apply this knowledge within a Fund Administration environment.
• Exposure to Transfer Agency processes, including investor onboarding, subscriptions/redemptions, AML/KYC and investor servicing.
• Understanding of regulatory and operational risk frameworks applicable to investment funds and digital assets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills; experience with fund administration platforms (e.g. Paxus or similar) is advantageous.
