As a Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with outstanding colleagues who share a passion for innovation and flawless execution. 

What You’ll Do 

·       Lead the development team for one of the vertical in the team

·       Support the delivery and lifecycle of technology and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs 

·       Partner with business unit customers, Product Managers and support staff, Security & Risk management, external clients and vendors to deliver the functionalities of the specific product area assigned to you  

·       Project manage the development of products, business centric SLAs and support client needs 

·       Coordinate with Product, engineering, and vendor teams to size product needs and lead development and deliver product 

·       Create and maintain comprehensive Technical process documentation  

·       Maintain strong relationship with stakeholders, vendors, and operational support teams to ensure products receive excellent support as needed, to resolve product lead issues  

·       Define and supervise performance metrics for products 

. Work in an Agile Environment and support the developers assigned in your team

What We’re Looking For 

·       5 to 10 years of development management in a Java environment with coding experience in Java

·       Demonstrated experience in agile lifecycle management and project management 

·       Familiarity with technical architecture of scalable systems 

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

·       Understanding of both automated and manual testing techniques 

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambitious environment 

·       Strong understanding of the travel distribution systems (GDS, Amadeus, Travelport) is a plus
