Key Responsibilities:
- Be a Welcoming Presence: Build rapport with patients from the moment they arrive, creating a comfortable and trusting environment.
- Financial Clarity: Provide accurate estimates, discuss insurance coverage, and assist with payment options to make treatment accessible.
- Efficient Scheduling: Coordinate appointments with an eye for efficiency and patient convenience.
- Record Management: Keep patient records organized, ensuring they’re up-to-date and ready for each step of the care process.
- Ongoing Support: Follow up with patients, answer their questions, and provide continued support as they progress through their treatments.
Qualifications:
- Experience Matters: At least one year in a dental or healthcare administrative role is a must
- Empathy & Communication: Bring a caring demeanor and strong communication skills.

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Hourly rate ranges from $25 to $27 per hour
