$25–$28/hour | Based on experience
What You’ll Do
- Manage scheduling, patient communication, billing, and insurance
- Support the clinical team and daily operations
- Answer patient questions and provide treatment guidance
- Create a positive, professional patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of dental office experience
- Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment coordination
- Experience with ClearDent or similar software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Patient-focused, proactive, and dependable
