You Customer Service Representative are responsible for interacts with customers over the phone or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review.  May provide quotes, process sales order, document customer complaints, and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Entering the machine approvals received into the Navision system.

• Following up new customer openings with sales team and ensuring that missing documents are completed.

• Collaborate with the field sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Creating new accounts in Navison in accordance with the financial system.

• Tracking the cargo and informing the relevant department & customers.

• Making the necessary Credit safe inquiries. Keeping the Credit Safe list up to date.

• Making the necessary Visual compliance inquiries.

• Organizing domestic/international sample organizations and making necessary notifications.

• Sending accessory offers and tracking their approval.

• Responsible for monthly rental invoices and operational rent invoices process.

• Submission of rental machine return notifications to the Sales and Service department whose contract has expired.

• Tracking warehouse returns of machines whose rental period has expired.

• Tracking and reporting of replacement vending machine returns.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related fields

• Minimum 3 year experience in Customer Service roles

• Excellent communication, negotiation, listening, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Salesforce

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Fluent in English and Turkish
