Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves steering the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous oversight of project progress, fostering collaboration among team members, and aligning technical solutions with overarching business goals to deliver scalable and efficient software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system performance.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Camunda BPM.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable business process management solutions.
- Strong knowledge of workflow automation and orchestration using Camunda BPM.
- Ability to integrate Camunda BPM with various enterprise systems and technologies.
- Familiarity with software architecture principles and best practices for custom software development.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing BPM workflows to enhance system efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Camunda BPM.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
