As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components or applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives and continuous improvement of software performance are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of financial systems and risk management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
