- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and ensure quality deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mainframe Modernization.
- Strong expertise in legacy system analysis and transformation techniques.
- Experience with software architecture design and implementation in complex environments.
- Ability to apply agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of modernized applications.
- Competence in collaborating across cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Mainframe Modernization.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
