Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of each project and translating them into effective software solutions. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with organizational goals is a key part of the daily routine, alongside continuous refinement and adjustment of the software to optimize performance and usability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.
- Experience in integrating applications with various business systems and platforms.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
