The Role
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a versatile, entry-level all-rounder supporting the Marketing division across owned and digital touchpoints. Reporting to the Social Media & Affiliate Manager, this role focuses on digital execution across organic social content creation, live event content capture, affiliate campaign tracking, and overall promotional support.
This role involves attending live events to film high-energy social content and may require domestic travel to cover key tours and brand activations across Australia.

Outcomes to Deliver
In this role, success looks like:
- CRM campaign & lifecycle support: Help build, segment, test, schedule and deploy customer lifecycle campaigns across email, push, in-app, SMS and on-site channels, coordinating assets and drafting compliant, on-brand copy while supporting A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
- Website content management: Maintain the Home Page and Genre Page booking schedule, keeping event placements current and accurate, and execute routine website merchandising for Brand, Product and Seasonal campaigns.
- Social media & brand support: Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to create and edit engaging content, delivering against the content calendar in line with brand guidelines, messaging and deadlines.
- Reporting & administration: Compile post-campaign data and channel performance reporting against benchmarks, and provide broader administrative and operational support to the Marketing team.
Capabilities to Bring
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- Degree in Marketing/Communications (or 1+ year in a digital marketing/content role).
- Hands-on experience filming and editing short-form videos (CapCut, TikTok, Reels) with a strong grasp of social trends.
- Outstanding copywriter with high attention to detail and knowledge of Australian privacy/SPAM Act regulations.
- Familiarity with social management platforms (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later) and standard office suites (Microsoft / Google).
- Strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Flexibility to travel domestically and work events outside standard office hours.
