The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join the Ticketek New Zealand team. We’re looking for someone hungry for results, ready to flex your digital marketing skills and enthusiastic to join our team.

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, this role will work across all marketing areas with a real focus on driving success for Ticketek’s clients through some of New Zealand’s largest owned marketing channels. The Marketing Executive will develop and execute tailored and comprehensive marketing plans for events across New Zealand, including tracking results and striving to achieve targets.

In this role, success looks like:

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies aligned with client commercial objectives across owned, earned, and paid channels.
• Email & Social Marketing: Lead the creation, deployment, and performance tracking of eDMs and engaging social content.
• Digital Optimisation: Continuously refine digital campaigns and maximise content reach across all owned Ticketek platforms.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients—sourcing assets, securing approvals, and aligning on strategic directions.
• Media & Logistics: Brief media bookings, coordinate collateral delivery, and manage end-to-end production timelines.
• Data Insights & Reporting: Track sales metrics and customer trends to optimise live campaigns, delivering comprehensive post-campaign reports and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience planning, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience working with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
• Education: Relevant tertiary degree or business qualification preferred.
• Project Management: Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking skills, with a proven ability to manage tight deadlines, balance competing priorities across multiple events, and maintain a sharp attention to detail.
• Commercial Acumen: A strong understanding of business performance drivers, financial targets, and sales analytics.
• Communication: Highly professional with strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
