Role Summary
As a Performance & Rewards Specialist, you will administer compensation, benefits, and performance management requests through Workday and ServiceNow while delivering excellent service across multiple countries.
What You Will Do
•    Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management requests.
•    Review requests for completeness, eligibility, and supporting documentation.
•    Generate ad hoc reports and process scheduled tasks.
•    Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
•    Escalate critical issues and support governance requirements.
•    Drive standardized service delivery and continuous improvement.
•    Maintain workplace instructions, knowledge articles, and documentation.
•    Monitor, resolve, and close cases in line with SLA and KPI targets.
•    Ensure compliance with privacy, confidentiality, and security policies.
•    Train new team members and support knowledge transfer activities.
Required Skills & Experience
•    1-2 years of Compensation & Benefits or related HR experience.
•    Experience in BPO or Shared Services environments.
•    Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits processes.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    Analytical and problem-solving capability.
•    Ability to work with minimal supervision.
